Can I return my order?
If unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of order receipt for exchanges or returns.
Return items at your expense, in unused, saleable condition with original packaging. Use a 'signed for' delivery method, obtain proof of postage, and consider tracking for international returns. Upon arrival, we will refund your order if products are received in original condition.
How do I assemble my star?
They come flat. You simply open them up one point at a time and tie the two cords together to form a perfect star.
Tie them over the cable with the light bulb to attach them together.
Our cable comes with a stopper that allows you to decide where you want the star to sit on top of the cable.
What lamp should I use inside my star?
We recommend you using our original Caracol cable & light bulb that comes included in your order.
Our stars have been tested to use with a maximum wattage bulb of 25 watts.Β
However - LED lamps between 2 and 5 watts are the best β the higher the wattage and lumens ( e.g. 5 watts ), the brighter it will be.
Our products come with our E14 C35 LED warm tone candle bulb with energy-efficient 4W.
The effects of the star will be different depending on which colour star and which type of light you use inside.
